About Me
As an independent technical project manager, I combine my passion for technology with my experience in project management.
My focus is mainly on CAPEX projects, where I am responsible for the engineering and implementation of complete production lines. In addition, I oversee improvement and development initiatives, ranging from modernizing existing products or processes to developing entirely new product ranges.
With my technical background, I’ve always been curious about how products work and how they are made. Growing up on a farm gave me a hands-on mentality. I enjoy turning ideas or problems into structured, practical solutions. By working methodically — from analysis and setting up specifications to realization and evaluation — I ensure successful implementations. For me, collaboration, support, and integration within the organization are essential to achieving sustainable results.
